Large capacity lathes, grinders, mills, borers etc are all used to restore components to precise tolerances and required surface finishes.

Superfinishing

Using semi-automated equipment and precision diamond abrasives, we can finish our surface materials to a mirror finish.

Site Work

The workshop is set up for flexibility to handle a large range of components. However, if your equipment is too big to economically dismantle and transport, we can carry out thermal spray operations on-site using our trained and qualified operators. We have carried out thermal spraying over the length of the east coast, from Hobart to Cairns.
